Yes, we offer paid in-person consultations. If you book a treatment on the same day, the consultation cost is redeemed towards your treatment total.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If canceled within 48 hours, you'll be charged for the full treatment via your credit card. For full details, please visit our Policies page.

Are your acne treatments safe for oily or sensitive skin?

Yes, our treatments are suited to oily and sensitive skin, and each protocol is adjusted based on your skin's specific tolerance and needs.

Can these treatments be combined with skincare products or medications I'm already using?

A consultation is recommended before starting treatment. During your assessment, we also review your current skincare routine and can recommend the right products, along with the order to apply them, to support your results.

Are acne treatment results permanent?

Since acne is a chronic condition we cannot guarantee that it will never flare up again.  Outside factors like lifestyle changes, hormonal shifts, and changes to your skincare routine can trigger acne again. Ongoing care helps maintain your results over time.
