No Refunds
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any products or services once a purchase has been made.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at sarah@sqinto.com within 15 days of receiving your purchase to arrange an exchange.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
