Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business days (only available for orders placed before 11am on business days)
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, customs, etc.).
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Canada, USA. If you are located outside of these areas and wish to place an order, please contact us at sarah@sqinto.com
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sqin Toronto is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
6. Damages
Sqin Toronto is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship internationally to USA. Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.
