BI-MONTHLY SQIN SOCIETY

Your Results, Maintained.

The Bi-Monthly Sqin Society is designed for clients who have already established a professional treatment plan and are ready to transition to a less frequent schedule while continuing to prioritize their skin.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Bi-Monthly membership is available to clients who have:

  • Completed a Sqin Program, or
  • Completed 12 months of Monthly Sqin Society membership

This ensures your skin has been properly assessed and that we have an established understanding of your concerns, treatment history and long-term goals before transitioning to a bi-monthly schedule.

CONTINUED, PERSONALIZED CARE

Your treatments remain fully customized to your evolving needs and may address concerns such as:

  • Skin firmness and elasticity
  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Eye rejuvenation
  • Neck laxity and "turkey neck"
  • Facial contouring
  • Acne and congestion
  • Acne scarring and uneven texture
  • Pigmentation and sun damage
  • Hydration and skin barrier health
  • Body skin tightening
  • Hair restoration
  • Unwanted hair
  • Cosmetic skin concerns, where appropriate

Your service provider will reassess your skin at each visit and determine the most effective treatment based on your current goals.

B50 — $298 every two months

B80 — $358 every two months

B110 — $437 every two months

The right tier is determined based on your concerns, treatment needs, schedule and budget.

Bi-Monthly Sqin Society allows you to maintain your progress while giving your skin more time between professional treatments.

Your skin journey doesn't end when your program does — it evolves.

Membership Terms

Sqin Society Monthly memberships have a 12-month commitment beginning on the membership commencement date.

The membership is designed as an ongoing treatment program and is not intended to function as a collection of individual, unrelated appointments.

The applicable membership tier, treatment frequency, membership fee, initiation fee, and other applicable charges will be disclosed at the time of enrollment.

Customized Treatment Plan

Membership treatments are customized and may include different technologies and treatment modalities depending on the member's needs.

Depending on suitability, treatments may include technologies such as:

  • Aerolase Neo / Neo Elite
  • Diode laser hair removal
  • YAG laser treatments
  • Venus MP² Radio Frequency
  • Glow Dermal Infusion
  • LED therapy
  • Microneedling
  • Skin rejuvenation treatments
  • Other treatments offered by Sqin Toronto that are appropriate for the member

Not every treatment is appropriate for every client.

Sqin Toronto reserves the right to modify, substitute, postpone, or decline a treatment where necessary based on skin condition, contraindications, treatment response, seasonal considerations, upcoming events, medication, medical history, or other safety considerations.

Treatment Planning and Results

Membership does not guarantee a particular aesthetic outcome.

Skin responds differently from person to person. Results may depend on factors including age, genetics, skin type, pigmentation, hormonal factors, lifestyle, sun exposure, adherence to home-care recommendations, treatment frequency, and individual healing response.

The provider may modify the treatment plan throughout the membership to prioritize safety and maximize the likelihood of achieving the member's goals.

Initiation Fee & Professional Skincare Kit

Enrollment in Sqin Society includes an initiation fee.

The initiation fee includes the development of a customized professional skincare kit selected specifically for the member's skin concerns, treatment goals, and current skin condition.

The skincare recommendations and products may be adjusted during the membership as the member's skin changes.

The initiation fee is separate from the recurring membership fee.

Skincare products provided as part of the initiation process are subject to product-specific return and exchange policies and cannot be returned once opened or used.

Membership Pricing

Membership pricing is based on the membership tier selected at enrollment.

The member's recurring membership price will be disclosed before enrollment.

Membership pricing is subject to annual review and may be adjusted in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the member's agreement.

Annual November Price Adjustment

Sqin Society memberships are subject to an annual price review each November.

Any applicable price adjustment will be communicated to members in advance and will apply in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the member's agreement.

The membership price at enrollment is therefore not necessarily guaranteed to remain unchanged throughout future membership periods.

Any required notice of a price change, renewal, amendment, or other material change will be provided in accordance with applicable law.

Recurring Payments

Membership fees are charged according to the payment schedule selected at enrollment.

The member authorizes Sqin Toronto and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the applicable membership fees and other authorized charges.

The member is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, Sqin Toronto may contact the member to update their payment information.

Membership benefits or future appointments may be temporarily suspended if required payments remain outstanding.

Booking Appointments

Members are responsible for booking their membership appointments.

Membership appointments are subject to availability.

Membership does not guarantee availability on a particular date or at a particular time.

Members are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance, particularly during high-demand periods.

Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

A missed appointment or late cancellation may result in a fee and/or forfeiture of the scheduled membership treatment, depending on the circumstances and applicable policy.

Sqin Toronto may exercise discretion in cases involving genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances.

Repeated missed appointments may result in restrictions on future booking availability.

Treatment Rollover

Membership treatments are intended to be used according to the membership schedule.

If Sqin Toronto permits a treatment to be carried forward, the rollover is subject to the conditions communicated to the member and may be limited by the membership term.

Memberships are personal to the member but if a member is unable to attend or becomes medically ineligible to receive treatments they may be transferred, or shared with another person.

Treatment Substitution

Because Sqin Society is a customized program, a scheduled treatment may be changed when the provider determines that another treatment would be more appropriate.

For example, a member may initially focus on facial rejuvenation and later incorporate laser hair removal, skin tightening, pigmentation treatment, microneedling, or another appropriate treatment.

Treatment substitutions are based on suitability and clinical judgment and are not necessarily equivalent to the retail value of individual standalone treatments.

Medical & Treatment Eligibility

Membership does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment by a physician, dermatologist, podiatrist, chiropodist, or other regulated healthcare professional.

Sqin Toronto may require medical clearance before performing certain treatments.

Treatment may be postponed or declined where a contraindication, medical concern, active infection, medication interaction, pregnancy-related restriction, impaired healing, or other safety concern is identified.

The provider's determination regarding treatment suitability is final, subject to applicable law.

Client Responsibility

Members are responsible for accurately disclosing relevant information regarding:

  • Medical conditions
  • Medications
  • Allergies
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Recent procedures
  • Cosmetic treatments performed elsewhere
  • Skin reactions
  • Changes in health
  • Changes in skincare products
  • Relevant sun exposure or tanning
  • Any other information that may affect treatment safety

Members must follow pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by Sqin Toronto.

Homecare

Professional skincare recommendations form an important component of the Sqin Society approach.

Members are encouraged to follow their personalized home-care plan to support treatment results and skin health.

Failure to follow recommended homecare may affect treatment outcomes.

Sqin Toronto cannot guarantee results where recommended aftercare is not followed.

Cancellation

Members may request cancellation at least 30 days prior to the end of the 12 month term.

Renewal

At the end of the initial 12-month membership term the membership will automatically renew unless notice is given 30 days before the next billing date.

Refunds

Membership fees are for the membership program and access to the services described in the membership agreement.

Membership fees, initiation fees, and completed treatments are non-refundable.

Products

Professional skincare products are sold separately or may be included as part of the initiation fee.

Opened or used skincare products are generally not eligible for return unless otherwise approved by Sqin Toronto.

Treatment Safety

All treatments are subject to assessment and suitability.

Sqin Toronto reserves the right to decline or modify treatment where proceeding may not be safe or appropriate.

Treatment results vary and no specific result, degree of improvement, or number of treatments can be guaranteed.

Photography & Documentation

Sqin Toronto may recommend photographs before and after treatments to document treatment progress.

Photographs taken for clinical documentation will be maintained in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Separate consent will be obtained before using any client photographs for marketing, social media, advertising, or other promotional purposes.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the membership will be used to administer the membership, provide treatments, communicate with the member, maintain treatment records, process payments, and provide related services.

Sqin Toronto will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and its privacy practices.

Changes to Membership Benefits

Sqin Toronto may update treatment technologies, products, equipment, treatment protocols, or membership benefits from time to time.

Where a change materially affects the member's contractual rights or obligations, the member will be notified and any legally required consent or notice will be provided.

Treatment technologies may also be replaced or discontinued where equipment is upgraded, discontinued by the manufacturer, unavailable, or no longer considered appropriate.

Communication

Members agree that Sqin Toronto may communicate with them regarding:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Membership payments
  • Membership changes
  • Treatment recommendations
  • Skincare
  • Membership renewal
  • Price adjustments
  • Important administrative information

Marketing communications may be managed separately in accordance with applicable consent requirements.

Appointment Availability

Membership does not guarantee a particular provider, appointment date, appointment time, or treatment modality.

Members are encouraged to plan appointments in advance.

Sqin Toronto will make reasonable efforts to accommodate member preferences while maintaining appropriate treatment intervals and provider availability.

Professional Judgment

The treatment plan is determined by the licensed provider based on the member's skin, goals, treatment history, and current condition.

A member may request a particular treatment; however, the provider may recommend an alternative treatment or decline treatment where it is considered inappropriate or unsafe.

Acknowledgement of Results

The member acknowledges that aesthetic treatments are intended to improve the appearance and health of the skin but do not guarantee a specific result.

Some concerns may require multiple treatments and ongoing homecare.

The member understands that treatment response varies between individuals.
