MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION

To ensure optimal results from day one, all memberships begin with the first month’s fee + a one-time Initiation Fee.

This includes:

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & AGREEMENT

Membership Commitment

Sqin Society memberships operate on a 12-month commitment designed to support long-term skin health and progressive clinical results.

Homecare Kit

Upon enrolment you'll receive a customized professional skincare kit valued between $180–$370 depending on membership tier.

Payment Terms

For monthly memberships, the following are due upon enrolment:

• Initiation fee
• First month’s membership fee

Automatic Billing

Membership fees are automatically charged to the card on file on the same day each month.

Automatic Renewal

Memberships automatically renew for an additional 12-month term unless written cancellation is provided at least 31 days prior to the end of the current membership term.

Membership Upgrades

Members may upgrade to a higher membership tier at any time.

Upon upgrade:

• A new initiation fee will apply
• A new 12-month term will begin

Treatment Substitutions

Membership treatments may be substituted for another treatment based on clinical recommendation and treatment suitability.

Transferability

Members may transfer an individual treatment session to a friend or family member with advance notice.

Treatment Carryover

Unused treatments will carry over while the membership remains active and in good standing.

Appointment Policies

Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or arrivals exceeding 10 minutes late may result in:

• A cancellation fee
• Reduction in treatment time
• Or forfeiture of the appointment/session

Early Cancellation

Memberships canceled prior to completion of the 12-month term will incur:

• A cancellation fee equal to 25% of the remaining membership balance
